No more guesswork
Find your answers in four simple steps:
Step 1
NOA Health Questionnaire
Complete our detailed NOA health questionnaire so we can understand your goals, medical history, if you are experiencing any symptoms and what you want help with. Each questionnaire will be analysed personally by a NOA Nutritionist. Please check our FAQs to see who we can and cannot currently work with before purchasing our test.
Step 2
Precision Blood Test
Take our precision blood test and we will analyse key biomarkers to help build our NOA Nutritionist’s understanding of your body and craft a bespoke plan for you. The NOA blood test can either be done at a clinic (find your nearest location) or a nurse can come to your home (for an extra fee). Please note we are only operating within the UK at present.
Step 3
Consultation with Nutritionist
Once your results are ready, you will be notified via email to book in for your 1:1 video consultation with a NOA Nutritionist. During this session, you will have the time talk through any symptoms, results and wellness goals.
Our NOA Nutritionist will then share your personalised wellness plan with you including recommendations for the highest quality supplements and the best food choices for you. All NOA customers will receive 15% off any product purchases when purchased via the links in your plan.

What we test at Now Often Always
-
Assesses red blood cell health, oxygen transport, and immune function. Identifies causes of fatigue, breathlessness, or frequent infections. WBC differentials break down white blood cell types (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils) to help detect specific immune responses, infections, or inflammation. This test is particularly relevant for women’s health, including menstrual health and anemia detection.
-
Evaluates iron levels, storage, and transport to prevent deficiencies. This is particularly important for women, as iron levels are often impacted by menstrual blood loss, pregnancy, or dietary factors. This test helps address symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, and low energy.
-
Checks for deficiencies that may cause fatigue, pins and needles, or poor metabolism. This is especially relevant for women on plant-based diets or experiencing low energy levels, as B12 supports mental clarity and overall vitality.
-
Ensures proper red blood cell production and DNA repair. This test is vital for women planning pregnancy, as folate supports fetal development and prevents birth defects. It also helps prevent fatigue and anemia caused by folate deficiency.
-
Tests bone, muscle, and immune health, which is essential for women at risk of osteoporosis. This test is especially important for those with limited sunlight exposure or indoor lifestyles. Vitamin D also supports mental well-being and mood regulation.
-
Assesses thyroid hormone function to detect imbalances. This test is critical for women to manage energy, weight, menstrual cycles, and fertility. It helps diagnose thyroid-related issues such as fatigue, weight changes, and hormonal problems.
-
Monitors long-term blood sugar levels to assess diabetes risk. This test is especially relevant for women experiencing fatigue, with a family history of diabetes, or with PCOS, helping to prevent and manage blood sugar-related conditions.
-
The liver panel tests the health of your liver and its ability to process waste, produce essential proteins, and support digestion. Bilirubin checks for signs of liver or bile duct issues, while ALT measures liver enzyme levels to detect damage. Alkaline phosphatase and gamma GT help identify bile duct or liver problems, which may affect digestion, hormone processing, and overall well-being.
-
This test evaluates kidney health and function by measuring creatinine (a waste product) and estimating the glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), which indicates how well your kidneys filter blood. It is essential for identifying kidney damage or reduced kidney function, which can impact overall health and hydration.
-
Cholesterol testing assesses the levels of LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol), and triglycerides in your blood. This test is crucial for evaluating heart health, as high cholesterol can increase the risk of heart disease, strokes, and other cardiovascular conditions.

Why I started Now Often Always
I felt overwhelmed and frustrated by the conflicting advice in the world of female wellness
It wasn’t until I worked with a Nutritionist that I began to truly understand what my body needs to feel good.
Like many women, I wasted time and money on supplements and diets that didn’t align with my hormones or goals, all while lacking a clear understanding of how my female body works.
After having two children, I realised how little support exists for women navigating these transformative life stages. Women deserve to feel heard and understood. That’s why I created NOA. We are dedicated to providing science-backed, credible, and transparent information.
My mission is to empower women to understand their bodies and make confident, informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
